New Colour Coded To visually insure a perfect mix every time and with maximum performance

Preparations:

Trim the sound digit of the hoof as flat as possible. Clean bottom of digit thoroughly. Remove all loose or stained hoof material. Application area must be dry.

Blocking Instructions:

Step 1 / loading cartridge

Insert the PRO 400ml Moo Gloo II cartridge into dispensing applicator. Remove the nose plug and discard.

Step 2 / Moo Gloo application

Thread mixing tip onto cartridge. Hold both vertically to let air bubbles rise to the top. Then squeeze handle to push both blue and yellow components through mixing tip to create a steady flow of solid green. This should eject any air bubbles that may cause mixing problems. This will visually insure a perfect mix. Always discard a small amount before each application, unmixed colours will contaminate bonding surface. Moo Gloo is now ready to use. "Do not use excessive force"
(this may create a unsuccessful mix). If excessive force is necessary Moo Gloo is probably too cold. Holding the block horizontally dispense adhesive onto bonding area of block. You now have only 2 or3 seconds remaining to press block firmly to well prepared digit to squeeze out excess glue. Wipe excess glue around block with gloved finger to enhance bonding. Hold in place a few seconds until curing begins. Fully cured in 2 to 5 minutes depending on temperature of the Moo Gloo. (Keep @ room temperature for best results).
Keep used mixing tip on as end cap until next usage.

Step 3 / Next application

a. Only remove used mixing tip just prior to next application.
Moo Gloo mixing tips are designed to quickly mix both components for a
"Fast one time application" then will harden and plug tip immediately after usage. A new mixing tip is required for each application.
b. Important: After removing the used tip, check cartridge nozzle ports for contaminated lumps and remove them. (see video) These lumps may block the new mixing tip, causing a poor mix.
c. Attach new mixing tip and repeat Step 2.

Important:
For best results maintain Moo Gloo Cartridges @ Room Temperature.
Wrapping the MOO GLOO II in a heating pad or placing MOO GLOO II in a cooler or tool box with a ceramic heater along with blocks and bandages will insure better result for blocking.
(DO NOT OVER HEAT)
